Build a team of well-skilled copilots
This is where Claude goes from a chatbot to a genuine copilot. We build out your second brain properly, install a set of ready-made skills, and I show you how to create your own, then we build out the rest of your team, one agent at a time. By the end you're directing a team that knows your work.
SESSION 3
Wire your tools and start scheduling away your most dreaded workflows
We connect your team to the tools you actually use, your calendar, your task board, Notion, your inbox, whatever your stack is.
Then I show you how to set up routines, so the repetitive jobs run themselves on a schedule instead of waiting on you. From here you're off to the races, and most people don't need me again.
